Dear President Alexander
Thank you very much for this very kind invitation to the III Minsk International Biennale of young architects Leonardo Award 2009 from 17 to 19th September 2009. Unfortunately I am unable to attend this year. I am very disappointed as I really like to meet young architects and to encourage them in their work and I would have liked to be with you and all the other guests in your country, as well.It will be a very stimulating event in Minsk and UIA is very pleased to be involved this year.
I want to give you all my very best wishes for a very worthy and interesting Biennale in 2009 and to accept my apologies.
